Removed multiple dummy quotes and images from postcards.

Removes placeholder (“dummy”) postcard entries from the Love Letters content source so the Love Letters page renders only the remaining real postcard.
Changes:
- Deleted multiple postcard items (image + quote pairs) from the
postcardsfrontmatter list. - Left a single postcard entry in place, keeping the file’s frontmatter structure intact.
